Hi, I’m Eisha...
Founder of Feathers to Fur, I’m a lifelong animal lover with a background in Applied Animal Science (BSc) and Evolutionary & Behavioural Ecology (MSc). Alongside my academic studies, I’ve worked in wild animal rehabilitation with conservation charities both in the UK and overseas, and as a pet care advisor at a nationwide pet store.
These experiences have allowed me to take on some truly exciting and unusual animal-based roles—from tracking, rescuing, and rehabilitating sloths in Costa Rica, to spending spring in the French Pyrenees researching the nesting behaviour of migrating songbirds. As a result, I’ve worked with a wide range of species, whether furry, feathered, or otherwise!
I offer a personalised, professional pet care service tailored to the unique needs of each animal. Whether it's providing health checks, enrichment, or simply ensuring your pet feels safe and comfortable while you're away, I’m here to give them the very best care.
I understand how important it is to leave your pet in good hands, and I treat every animal as if they were my own. Whether you're away for a short trip or an extended holiday, you can trust your pet will be happy, safe, and well looked after with me. Learn more about the Feathers to Fur story here.
Hi, I’m Rosi!
I’m a qualified Occupational Therapist with a lifelong love of animals, and a background in animal care. My training in OT has given me a deep understanding of individual needs, routines, and well-being—something I carry through into my approach with animals, treating each one with the same care, attention, and respect for their unique personality. Before studying OT, I spent several years pursuing my passion for animals—completing courses in Animal Care at Hadlow College, and gaining hands-on experience with a variety of pets including rats, gerbils, rabbits, and cats. Although I've never owned my own, I have a particular passion for dogs and horses too.
My interest in animal welfare has taken me overseas, where I volunteered with a dog rescue charity. This experience deepened my understanding that every dog is unique, with their own needs, quirks, and personality—and that’s something I always take into account when caring for them.
I pride myself on providing a calm, comfortable environment, getting to know each pet individually, and treating them as if they were my own. I always aim to provide a personalised, caring, and reliable service for every four-legged friend in my care.
